Satisfaction Guarantee Details:
- Every customer is eligible for Austad's 100% Satisfaction Guarantee once per club type (driver, fairway, hybrid, iron set, wedge, putter) in a rolling 12 month period.
- If a 2nd club is returned within the 12 month period, store credit less a 20% restocking fee will be given
- If a 3rd club is returned within the 12 month period, store credit will be given for the amount shown on the Austad's Value Guide
- If a club is returned outside of the 30-day window, store credit will be given for the amount shown on the Austad's Value Guide
- 100% Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to clubs that have been custom fit at Austad's Golf.
- Clubs purchased "off the rack" are able to be returned within 30 days post-purchase for store credit less a 20% restocking fee with proof of purchase.
- A refund back to the credit card will be issued at customer's request for the amount shown on the Austad's Value Guide
- The 30-day evaluation period begins on the day that clubs are recieved - not the day they are purchased
- If store credit is not used on the same day as a return is made, any fitting fees that were waived at the time of the original purchase will be deducted from the store credit (up to $150)
- All club returns are subject to inspection by Austad's Golf staff. If clubs are found to have non-manufacturer defects and are not in good working order, Austad's Golf retains the right to not accept the clubs for return within the 30 days.
