Shipping Information
All simulator enclosures, launch monitors and simulator accessories will be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Shipping rates are a flat $750 to account for multiple vendors and multiple oversize/overweight items.
After placing your order, an Austad's Golf simulator pro will reach out to confirm all details and to ensure the sizing and specs are correct before we move forward.
Processing And Shipping Times
Golf simulator orders will take 5-10 business days to process and ship. The extended processing time is to allow for order verification and coordination with our vendor partners.
Installation
Professional installation by Austad's team is available for an additional fee within 100 miles of our retail stores. If you choose to have our team install your simulator, we will work with you to coordinate a date and time for installation. Most simulators are installed within 3-8 hours over the course of one day.
Hawaii, Alaska and International Orders
Unfortunately we do not ship simulators to Hawaii, Alaska or to countries other than the United States.
Sales Tax Details
Austad's Golf has physical locations and charges sales tax on orders shipping to the following states: Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota. Orders shipping to states other than the five listed will not be charged sales tax.
